Satellite receivers are used to watch tv

does not support updating through flash drive or some time receiver does not

First you will need to a computer or laptop

to buy a usb to rs232 converter. Now connect rs232 port to back side of
receiver and attached second side of cable to your computer ‘s usb port or
rs232 port. After attaching receiver to computer window ask you download driver
for rs232 cable. Install these drivers through internet after installation now
you need a updated software for your receiver for this you will have to read
your receiver’s software version and search on internet new updated firmware

Finally, now you have to download
firmware changer software. If you have 1506g or 1506t receiver for this sunplus

Off your satellite
receiver from the back button of receiver.

Select UarIsp from
top menu of sunplus load

Press select rom
button and chose software file from your folder

Chose DDR2 from DDR
type.

now ON your receiver from back button
Software installation will be started after
installation receiver will be reboot. Attach your receiver to your television.
Now you can use latest features through newly updated software. Note this
sunplus load is only use for 1506 receivers if you have gx receiver model then
you will to download Gx loeader. One thing is more during installation of
software don’t plug out your receiver because if receiver is disconnected to
electricity during installation then your receiver will be dead.
