On the other hand, different Pakistani officials are passing
on different information to the people. Minister for Science Fawad Chaudhry had
announced in a tweet on the last day of 2020 that an agreement has been reached
to buy 1.2 million vaccines from Chinese company Sino Farm which will reach
Pakistan in the first quarter of 2021.
Apparently, one million of these vaccines have now been
reduced to 1.1 million, which would be enough for five and a half people. But
Asad Umar mentioned only half a million people, as if 50,000 of them.
