people know that a messaging application has been developed in Pakistan which
has more than 1 million. People are also using. The Pakistani mobile
application is called Tello Talk which was developed in 2017 and so far

since the announcement of the change in the policy of WhatsApp, more Pakistanis
have started downloading Tello Talk.

international applications. According to him, the biggest thing is that Tello
Talk is a purely Pakistani app. And provides its social platform to Pakistanis.
He further said that Tello Talk is the result of
many years of efforts of Pakistani software experts and engineers and all the
machines (servers) and staff running it are on Pakistani soil. Shahbaz Jamoat
said that Tello Talk is as complete as the West. Unlike free or restricted
models like China, it offers a hybrid model with some rules and regulations
with complete freedom and privacy.

activities. He claimed that many of the features of Tello Talk are not present
in other international applications, including WhatsApp. Like any other

Talk. However, the following features of this Pakistani application often make
it unique from international apps.

and read daily news on Tello Talk. Tello Talk also includes links to several
national and local newspapers and TV channels that users can open while staying
inside the app.

number of corporate sector entities into it and using this feature, users can
avail the facilities of online banking, food ordering, e-commerce and many
other businesses.
3. In addition to English, Tello Talk provides
keyboards in Urdu and five Pakistani languages, Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi,
Balochi and Seraiki, and users can write messages in these languages without
downloading software.

purely Pakistani and no foreign material has been used.

national festivals and other important events, including Muslim religious
festivals, including Eid, National Day, Independence Day and Defense Day.
7. Tello Talk also has chat rooms where users can
discuss various topics.
Mohammad Raheel Khan, a software engineer affiliated
with the international organization, said that the messages sent in Tello Talk are
completely secure, while the interface of the application is very
user-friendly. There is also an automated system.
Users can also watch their favorite dramas and
movies on Tello Talk. Mohammad Raheel Khan pointed out some flaws in Tello Talk
and said that the time to send and receive messages in this application is two
to five seconds which is second to none. More than applications. He added that
there is no swipe reply facility to reply to any message in Tello Talk and
messages are not backed up on iCloud.
Responding to these objections, Shahbaz Ali
Jamoat, CEO of Tello Talk, said that work was underway to further improve Tello
Talk and over time all the features would be made more user friendly and in
line with international standards.
